Helio Repair Program

We work to repair the majority of garment issues associated with normal wear and tear. We only do repairs on Helio branded items that are listed in our current product offering. Since every garment and user are different, each repair is unique on its own. There are some issues we are unable to address. If you have more questions about your specific garment, please contact us.

With our team of specialists and machines, we try our best to address your repairs. However, it is impossible to create invisible repairs for a garment. The original materials may not be available due to the way we utilize recycled material in our pieces. Our team works to provide the best possible repair to keep your garments functional.

All repairs require a small fee of $20 for round-trip shipping of repairs. In most cases, the repair work is covered by Helio. For larger fixes that require additional application of fabric or hardware, the team will work with the customer on pricing options. Zero Waste is the most sustainable form of clothing production. It requires the designer to use a single measurement of fabric in which all is allotted to one design. In Zero Waste designs, each cut piece is utilized in the final product. This means that there is no off-waste in production. Helio likes to take this even further with our Zero Waste products. By utilizing scraps and Zero Waste production, we double down on sustainability in our designs.

We all know that fleece can lose its oh-so-softness with wash. We recommend that you wash your fleece inside out in the washing machine to preserve its floof. For best results, air dry or machine dry on low.

As we are a small company we hand sew all of our creations right here in Colorado. Currently, our founder Annika, is the head seamstress and designer for all Helio designs.

We are a Colorado-born business operating in Denver. The outdoors is "sewn in" all of our designs. Our designs are inspired by and radiate "Colorful Colorado."

Wrong size, no problem! At Helio, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that ordering online isn't perfect. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 15-day exchange policy. Exchange Eligibility: Items must be in new and unused condition. The original packaging and tags must be intact. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required. We do not offer exchanges or returns on custom orders due to the uniqueness of the order. Return Shipping: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a return label upon the customer's payment. If you have any questions or concerns about a return or our policy, please do not hesitate to reach out. As a small business, we pride ourselves on providing the best in funky apparel.
